John is a UX Designer with 15 years of experience in User Experience and User Centered Design. John currently leads the Tablet Design Team at Amazon where they focus on Android, iOS, and WIN8 Tablet experiences. John has worked in both Fortune 500 companies and consulted with design agencies.

The Fortune 500 companies John has been employed at include: Bank of America, T-Mobile, and Amazon. John has also consulted at: Frog Design, IDEO, AT&T, Starbucks, and Microsoft.

John began his design-related career as a film editor and producer then transitioned to the Web in the early days of crazy opportunities and the wild west like frontier of evolving Web experiences. John has an MS degree in HCI from the University of Washington.
